TERMS & CONDITIONS (updated 22nd December 2017)

Payment

LEA’s - Invoices payable within 30 days of invoice date. All other orders - Payment required when placing order. We accept BACS, Paypal, Credit/Debit Cards & Cheques. Late payment will incur a £40 administration fee and interest will be charged in accordance with Government guidelines.

VAT

All prices shown exclude VAT. VAT is charged at the prevailing rate on both goods and carriage.

Delivery Charges

Mainland UK Addresses: Delivery is Free on orders above £250 (excl vat) Orders below £250 (excl vat)  incur a £10 + vat carriage charge,

Delivery to Scottish Highlands & Islands, NI, ROI, IOM, IOW, CI and other destinations - Please contact us for carriage charges.

Lead Time &  Claims for Missing Orders/Deliveries

Lead Time is up to 3 weeks. We must be notified immediately if goods are not received within one calendar month of date of order. We accept no liability if we are not notified within this time frame & claims will not be accepted.

Accepting Deliveries

Consignments must be opened & checked at the time of delivery. If damage to packaging is noticeable goods MUST be checked before signing. If goods are signed for without checking, the Carriers will NOT accept liability for any damage caused and the claim will be rejected.

In the event of damage please notify Delta Signs within 24 HOURS by telephone and in writing within 96 hours (4 days), including photographic evidence of the damage. We are unable to accept liability if these terms are not adhered to as claims will not be accepted by the Carrier.  You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 24 HOURS.

Your Right to Cancel Stock Items

UK consumers have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2015 to cancel their order within a “cooling off” period which concludes 14 working days from the day after taking delivery. A Cancellation Form should be requested by email from deltasigns@aol.com and notification must be in writing and either sent by email or to our published addresses as listed on our website or brochure. The “cooling off” period will not apply to “Special Orders” or “Personalised” products.

If you cancel under these provisions then you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your cost within 14 days, well protected and packaged securely, unused and in a saleable condition. You must contact Delta Signs for a Returns Number prior to returning the goods. Failure to comply with these terms will result in you being responsible for paying for the goods or for paying our costs to recover the goods. Where delivery charges have been applied then these are under a separate contract for services and are not covered by the “cooling off” period. Any returns will be subject to a 20% restocking charge AND the original delivery cost, although not charged by us to you, as charged to us by the Carrier. Therefore any refund made will not include the costs of delivery to you or of the return carriage of the goods.

Special Orders & Personalised Products

Cancellation is not accepted for Special Orders or Personalised Products.

Online Orders

By placing an online order you agree to be bound by our Terms & Conditions as set out on our website.

Intellectual Property

All rights, including copyright, in the website & other information provided by us are owned or licensed to Delta Signs. Any use of the website or its contents or other information provided is prohibited without prior permission of Delta Signs. You may not distribute or create derivative works from these, in whole or in part.

Accuracy of Content

We have taken reasonable care to ensure that the information provided by Delta Signs is accurate. In particular that the prices shown are correct at the time of publishing and that all products have been fairly described. In the event that there is a pricing error in the information provided then Delta Signs will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price. Whilst we have tried to display product colours accurately we cannot guarantee that our brochure or your monitor or display will accurately reflect this.

Change of Details

We reserve the right to change, at any time, any of the details of the products offered, including prices, colours and sizes.

Orders placed will indicate acceptance of our full Terms & Conditions.

All goods remain the property of DELTA SIGNS until payment in full has been received.
